LINPAC Plastics Featherstone is the largest facility of a global division with a turnover of £80m and 700 employees. It serves the dynamic food retailing and fast food markets through a range of advanced polystyrene trays, films and merchanted products. Its customers include Tesco, Asda Wal-Mart, McDonalds, Marks and Spencer and Sainsbury.
Our association with LINPAC began in 1992 initially through the supply of temporary Packers and Machine Operatives to the Featherstone site. In the early days the contract was managed from our Leeds office.
Gradually the spectrum of workers supplied has grown to deal with LINPAC’s increased demands to include the recruitment of Teamleaders, Chargehands, Engineers, Multi- skilled Operators and Fork Lift Truck Drivers at various LINPAC sites throughout the Yorkshire region.
In 1997 we introduced an ON SITE OFFICE due to the increased level of demand and the need to build upon our partnership. This enabled all jobseekers, current workers and the LINPAC Business Management Team to have experienced Aaron Account Management readily available.
While Aaron Personnel and LINPAC Plastics are separate businesses we share a common ethos of success through continuous improvement in all aspects of business performance.
